What is the time limit to book my participation to an event?

You can book until 3 hours for events with manual approval, 1 hour for
events with automatic approval.
What does it happen if the event’s creator does not accept my participation?
If the Creator refuse your request of participation or doesn’t approve it in the allowed time frame, you will get fully refunded (including service fees). If the Creator doesn’t answer in the allowed time frame, you will be able to send again the request to participate to that event.
What is the minimum age to subscribe to Sengo?
The access to the app is for adults (18+) only.

What does it happen if I cancel my participation to a paid event?
If you cancel your participation earlier than 24 hours from the starting time of the event you will be given back any cost you sustained for your participation to that event (full refund)
If instead you cancel your participation within 24 hours from the starting time of the event you will be given back 50% of any cost you sustained for your participation to that event (partial refund).
If you do not show up, you will pay any cost you sustained for your
participation to that event (no refund).
What does it happen if I do not cancel my participation to an event (free or paid) and I do not show up?
For paid events, you will pay any cost you sustained for your participation to that event (no refund). For free events, you will receive a warning where you will be informed that you didn’t cancel your participation before the event starts.
If then you will not show up to another event you subscribed after being warned, you will be temporarily banned from Sengo for 5 days. After them, you will be able to use Sengo again.
If you then do not show up again to another event after you received the temporary ban, you will then be permanently banned from Sengo.
If you would like to join again our Community, you will be required to provide us further information on the reason why you did not show up for 3 events in a row.
